Increased car safety in Parkhurst

PARKHURST – The 4th Avenue car guards were made official during the first phase of their launch which was supported and attended by various stakeholders. The initiative was attended by the Parkview CPF chairperson, Geraldine Connell, 4th Avenue traders, Cortac and NYPD security as well as Parkview Police Station members.

The guards’ QR cards were attached to the back of their IDs and Clayton Hayward from uKheshe Pay It Forward App explained how the cards would work. “uKheshe makes it easy to pay or tip anyone even without a bank account, no matter who you bank with.
